Serves 4
Ingredients 8 large tomatoes 1 T. olive oil 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped Pack of hamburger meat Swiss cheese, grated 2 T. Rice Salt and pepper Preparation 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut the top off the tomatoes, and scoop put the inside using a small spoon and keep the pulp. Sprinkle some salt on the inside and place them upside down on a plat in order to drain some of their water. 2. In a frying pan, heat up the olive oil and add the rice, onion. Stir so that the rice is completely coated in the oil. Add the tomato pulp and half a glass of water. Add some salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Add the hamburger meet and mix it up. Add the parsley and stir well. 4. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture you just made. Place them in a cooking sheet, sprinkle the cheese on the tops. Cook in oven for 25 minutes.
