The Global Gardens Food Hub connects beginning farmers and farmers with immigrant and refugee backgrounds with local consumers seeking fresh, spray-free produce. The Food Hub aggregates and distributes produce to local restaurants, grocery stores, and institutions, as well as through the Boise Farmers Market. By collecting produce from more than 15 participating farmers, Global Gardens is able to meet the demand for bulk orders from wholesale partners. The Food Hub is located at our Pond Street Farm.
