How it Works:
Monday:
Global Gardens farmers submit their produce inventory for the week to Global Garden's staff, sharing updated availability and quantities. Once this information is collected, the wholesale order window opens in the afternoon, allowing restaurant and retail partners to begin placing their weekly orders.
Tuesday:
The wholesale order window remains open until 12:00 PM (noon). Partners are encouraged to finalize their selections before the cutoff to ensure accurate fulfillment and coordination with participating farmers.
Wednesday:
Global Gardens reviews all submitted orders and confirms them with both the farmers and wholesale partners. This step ensures that quantities, products, and delivery needs are clearly aligned before harvest and distribution.
Thursday:
Global Gardens provides free wholesale delivery between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Orders are delivered directly to partners, offering a convenient and reliable way to receive fresh, locally grown produce each week.
