New for 2021, we are looking for CSA workshare members! A workshare member is someone who commits to working with a Global Gardens farmer on a weekly basis for the duration of the season in lieu of paying for a CSA membership. Workshare members commit to 3 hours per week for the duration of the CSA season, which will run for 18 weeks between June 1 and October 4. Workshare members can help with a variety of farm tasks, including harvesting and distributing CSA shares. In exchange for their labor, workshare members will receive a full share, valued at $32.00, for every week that they work. Members must be at least 18 years old (younger members may be able to work with a guardian). Workshare members play an essential role in the successful preparation and distribution of CSA shares, and we are excited to welcome a new cohort of helpers to the farm this year.
