This dish is a favorite from our previous intern, Morgan, to eat during the summer!
Ingredients 2 tomatoes, sliced. 8 oz. fresh mozzarella, sliced 20 basil leaves 1 avocado Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Preparation Dice the tomatoes, mozzarella, and avocado in a bowl. Mince the basil and drizzle oil and vinegar over. Yum!
