1 bunch of Kale
3 T. Olive Oil
2 T. vinegar or lemon juice (optional)
Cut Kale into chip-sized pieces. Toss with oil, vinegar, and salt. spread out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 until crispy but not brown, 10-15 minutes. Cool and eat.
Tip: Massage the cup up kale with your hands with the olive oil and salt for about 2 minutes. This will help break down the kale and absorb the oil even more, making your chips even better!
