This Jessica Glaspey’s favorite smoothie during the summer. It comes from the cookbook “Fifty Shades of Kale”.
Serves 1 Ingredients 1 cup frozen blueberries ½ cup whole milk ½ cup packed roughly chopped kale, stems removed 1 t. honey or agave nectar ½ t. vanilla extract 4 ice cubes Preparation Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
